Maria will investigate your medical history, family history, diet, and lifestyle factors and discuss your main concerns and health goals.
Before the consultation, you will receive a link to the pre-consultation document to be completed before your appointment.
Within one week of our appointment, I will develop an individualized and personalized treatment plan for you. Recommendations may include nutrition and lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, and supplementation if needed. This treatment plan will be tailored to your health goals, your needs, and limitations.
You may be referred for additional testing if necessary, as well referrals will be written as needed.

Understanding your progress can tailor further directions and monitor your improvement. Further adjustments to your treatment and prescriptions can be tailored during this appointment and sent to you via email.
This is a crucial appointment to keep your health in check and future planning.
ACUTE HERBAL MEDICINE CONSULTATION

This appointment is 15 - 30 minutes long, and it is designed to assist you with symptomatic relief from acute conditions such as acute anxiety episodes, support with stress or energy, cases of flu and colds, indigestion relief, and using herbal medicine.
Herbal formulas or supplements can be dropped off within the Auckland central region or posted at an additional cost.
